INBAP Terminal Małaszewicze – comprehensive and modern solutions for the handling and storage of liquid fuels, chemicals and bulk goods.

INBAP Terminal is a modern base that realises the handling and storage of liquid and bulk goods.

The terminal is located on the Polish eastern wall, in Małaszewicze Małych – near the border with Belarus, directly on route 2 of the TEN-T core network corridor, i.e. North Sea-Baltic Sea, connecting the most important ports in Europe by all available modes of transport. Due to its location at the confluence of railway lines, right on the borders of three countries, the town is referred to as the railway gateway to the European transport system. The E20 railway line and its CE20 branch line for combined freight transport and the E30 road run in the vicinity of the project: Świecko-Terespol.

The Terespol border crossing, where the track gauge is changed, carries the highest volume of rail traffic on the EU’s eastern border.

Małaszewicze plays an important role in freight transport on the New Silk Road: it is the largest transhipment area on the eastern border of the European Union, it is the eastern customs border of the European Union, it is European transport corridor 2 and the northern line of the New Silk Road, it is where the 1435 mm and 1520 mm railways meet and where the CIM – SMGS communication systems connect.

Our terminal has a history of several years of operation. Originally, the key issue for the entire investment was the production of paraffin, together with the provision of transhipment and wagon warming services.

Today, our service portfolio includes the handling and storage of: diesel, LPG, methanol, diluent, paraffin wax, petrolatum, molasses, tall oil, fuel oil, heavy fuel oil, vegetable oils, base oils, liquid fertiliser (UAN), plasticiser, aggregate, coal, goods in big-bags and on pallets, fertilisers, pellets, peat briquettes, malt germ.

The INBAP terminal is a designated site for customs clearance, as well as a tax warehouse. It is equipped with a railway siding with an eastern gauge layout (1520 mm) and a European gauge layout (1435 mm). We have completed a major refurbishment and expansion of the investment. We have more than quadrupled the area of the terminal and improved its functionality, expanding the offer of transshipment and storage.

We hold concessions issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Authority for: liquid fuel production (LFP), liquid fuel trading (LFT), liquid fuel storage and handling (LSH).

We hold a permit to ship imported excise goods as a registered consignor issued by the Head of the Tax Office in Biała Podlaska.
